American Handcrafted™ Orlando Announces Seminar Schedule

WHITE PLAINS, NY, August 23, 2018 - Complimentary seminars are being offered to attendees at American Handcrafted Orlando, September 6 - 8, 2018. The Show, featuring a collection of unique makers offering one-of-a-kind products, will be held at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL. A special session will be offered to exhibitors, too. “We are pleased to offer programming with valuable information to thrive in today’s market,” said Allison Garafalo, Show Director. “Topics include social media, marketing and managing your brand and partnerships — all to provide our exhibitors and attendees with the resources they need to effectively compete.”

Robin Kramer, co-founder of Flourish & Thrive Academy and owner of Red Boot Consulting will offer a look at the necessary ingredients to have a successful brick and mortar store in today’s digital world.

Social Media is Just Like Being an Artisan
According to Lindsay Anvik, creativity is a knack for seeing the beauty in things and connecting with people are the keys to social media success. Her seminar will explore how to conquer social media with a creative mindset. She will share with the audience how to use their retail talents and handmade items to thrive online and drive sales.

Reshaping Retail: Shop Crawls, Pop-Ups & More
Lindsay Anvik will share new ways to drive retail revenue through new ideas and collaborations such as shop crawls, pop ups and the traveling show business. She will share examples of how other retailers have designed their events.

Diane Sulg presents the Magic of Storytelling
Plus Ten Top Tips for Selling Success

A special session is provided for exhibitors Friday, Sept. 7 at 8:30 a.m., given by Robin Kramer. It features a panel discussion exploring the importance of the brand story and partnerships.
